Kalamunda Mountain Bike Collective

The Kalamunda Mountain Bike Collective hang out on the outskirts of Perth in WA. The Collective is the custodian of a mtb trail network in Kalamunda and surrounding areas, which comprises of over 46km of single track located on Department of Parks and Wildlife land. Maintenance of the trail network is done by voluntary labour, who were keen for some funds to replace their compactor. The Slush Fund came to the party with $1000, enough for two compactors - 68kg and 45kg, now being put to good use sculpting berms.

This is awesome – the company that makes my favourite mtb clothing that I have been wearing for decades is now giving money to make my local trails even better! Nice work Ground Effect!

I’m over in NZ enjoying the trails in Rotorua, Hanmer Springs and Queenstown and loving the local support and advice. Great to read about my home trails and thanks for tipping in for the gear for Kalamunda.

Thanks for supporting my local trails.

Not only are your clothes awesome but you are helping us build more tracks for me to use them on.
