Ground Effect cycle clothing is made here in Christchurch, and sold around the world.
We're looking for a 'people person' to hang with us, talk bikes, and most of all look after our customers' needs.
Specific tasks include: > Processing and managing the despatch of orders to customers. > Communicating with customers via email, phone, and in person. > Liaising with the despatch warehouse. > Providing support to the production and promotions team.
Our ideal person will have: > Strong computer and keyboard skills. > A natural rapport with others. > Display excellent attention to detail. > Enthusiasm for all things cycling.
This position is based in Christchurch, and is full time 9 - 5 Monday to Friday. And you get every 5th Friday off to ride your bike. Salary range for the role is $42,000 - $47,000. Plus we'll ply you with riding kit.
