Probably not ideal for your website Ernie but as a commuting backpack it is not compatible with my needs, I don’t know about other people’s requirements. There is no outside side pocket to put my rechargeable light battery in; There isn’t a large enough pocket to put my bike repair stuff, spare inner tube & pump in; There was only one small side pocket on it for other immediate access work bits rather than two, one either side like I thought it looked like on your website (I obviously misunderstood the pictures). On the plus side: It does look/feel waterproof, padded laptop compartment is good, appeared comfortable to wear and great that it has an adjustable strap across ones chest.
