Customer Service

Ground Effect cycle clothing is made here in Christchurch and sold around the world. We're looking for a 'people person' to manage our order fulfilment process and look after our customers’ needs.

Specific tasks include:

  • Processing and managing the despatch of orders to customers.
  • Communicating with customers via email, phone and in person.
  • Liaising with the despatch warehouse.
  • Providing support to the production and promotions team.

The successful applicant will:

  • Have a natural rapport with others.
  • Enjoy working collaboratively.
  • Display excellent attention to detail.
  • Show a commitment to meeting daily deadlines.
  • Possess a passion for all things cycling.

This position is based in Christchurch, and is full time 9 - 5 Monday to Friday. You get every 5th Friday off to ride your bike. Salary range for the role is $50,000 - $57,000. Plus we’ll ply you with riding kit and other cycle related perks.
