Great lock
This is the second Abus lock we’ve bought through Ground Effect. Great locks, easy to use, don’t crash about due to the covering on the chain.

New ZealandAbus 1500 Lock - Light lock for low risk neighbourhoods
I bought this to be a light lock, that was easy to carry in a carrier bag side pocket for locking the bike (to itself or a slim pole) at somewhere like a cafe. For that it ticks all the boxes. Not the lock for your mega dollar bike all days anywhere. Do check the specs since it will not make it around something like a lamp post. You will most likely need to order the fun colours - black seems to be in stock most places. You need to want a key not a combination.

Nice to have a flexible lock that will scrunch up in a bag or round the handle bars rather than the awkward springy locks. Good for when you do a quick stop but not long enough to loop through wheels and frame on to a post, but hey...it is great for town and around
