Gravity Downhill Club - Kapiti

The Gravity Downhill Club in Kapiti lease a substantial chunk of local forest and have created a network of shuttle-access trails ranging from fun 'n' flowing to steep 'n' fast. In 2010 Ground Effect helped cover the costs of building a substantial bridge over the shuttle road, and provided trail building books to enlighten the workforce. Being private land and mindful of liability issues, access is restricted to signed and paid-up members. We suggest you touch base with the Kapiti Mountain Bike Club as there hasn't been much action on the DH Facebook page lately.
