FAQ | Freight

Orders are generally packed and sent the same day your order is received.

Delivery to a business address or PO Box is most secure. If using a business address please note the name of the business in delivery address details when checking out.

If you choose FedEx, note they can only deliver to physical addresses, not PO Boxes. All FedEx Courier parcels need to be signed for, so someone should be lurking around home to leave their thumbprint with the courier. Otherwise a card will be left in your letterbox with contact details so you can arrange redelivery. Delivery to your work is often best.

Within New Zealand

Orders are delivered to you by courier the very next day. Rural Delivery generally takes a couple of days. Allow NZ$7 per order for freight charges.

To Australia

You have a choice of delivery by Tracked Airmail or FedEx Courier.

To USA, UK and 'Rest of the World'

You have a choice of delivery by Airmail or FedEx Courier (except continental Europe and Canada where FedEx is the only option). Depending on where you hang your hat, you'll probably end up paying local taxes and/or duties plus an admin fee when the package arrives. Athough most orders to the USA seem to skip under the radar.
