No surprise that a Ground Effect item should seem excellent. Haven't worn it in the rain yet, but I'm 100% confident that it will perform very well.
Haven’t worn it yet. No rain so far. Riding in the Sth Island at the moment, I’m sure it won’t be long Garry
Everything I expected and more.. went for the mens version as I have been wearing my partners one for ages and felt it was about time I got my own.. Like the cut of the mens better... fits well. nice and roomy and at last the rain fell in Golden Bay so I could test out the jacket..perfect.. thanks :)
Brought my first Rivet for the TA back in 2017, since then its been with me on a wide range of tours and trips around the country. Its been used and abused ever since, its protected me from the elements through winters, through showers and storms. However, that use and abuse started to take its toll, so it came time for a replacement in time to ride Kopiko. and the only real choice was the new, improved, Rivet. and its already proved itself during days of riding in torrential rain, days of showers. Still the best cycling jacket I've used.
First Ground Effect gear purchase and its worth the $$. It does what it says - keeps out the wind and rain, lets out the steam and sweat, all while glowing in safe bright orange. Its the first top I've had that does all those things without compromising anything. Neat design, lightweight, and well made too.
