A step up in warmth from its little sibling the Traveller, but still an agreeably small bundle when packed and stored in your backpack or handlebar roll bag. The Traveller 2 serves up a stellar night's rest on multi-day adventures. Best matched to three season trips with a lightweight tent or year-round missions staying in a hut.
Large size was more than adequate for 194 cm walker. Warm for most conditions in Tasmania- the big bonus for me light weight gear for a 70 plus adventurer with double knee replacement!
Love my new sleeping bag; finally one that’s long enough to fit my 1.92m easily. Packs nice and small in its stuff bag, and has been warm enough on cold hut nights. Haven’t tried winter tenting yet!
Turned up in a couple of days - all good. Was a little surprised at how big it was when packed away. The bottle it is compared with must be very big! Also, it’s very round. I’m sure it will do the trick on the bike packing adventures, but just don’t expect a tiny pack down.
After 35 years it was finally time to upgrade my old sleeping bag. Not cheap but so so worth it. Tried it for the first night on top of our normal bed and absolutely loved it. So soft and warm, nicely shaped for my body. Zero regrets and can see this one lasting 35 years as well!
