- +How waterproof are these shoe covers?

- The fabric is completely waterproof, but if you are riding in persistent and/or heavy rain - water will eventually run down your legs and gradually irrigate your socks.
- So not bulletproof, but in those conditions they will still keep your feet warmer and drier than naked shoes.
- +How durable are they?

- Shoe covers are intended for riding not walking - so generally the domain of the tarmac rather than the backcountry.
- Abrasion to the fabric on the underside of the shoe cover will dramatically shorten its life.
- Shoe covers should be used with clip-in pedals. They are not compatible with flats - the constant contact between shoe and pedal accelerates fabric abrasion.

Shoe Covers
After my last brand fell apart I decided to give the ones from ground effect a go and am very impressed with them. Waterproof as well I highly recommend these to anyone in the market for a decent pair of shoe covers.

Shoe covers
Bought these a month ago and they've already seen plenty of action on my daily commute. Finally I can get there with dry feet! These have been a very welcome addition to my wet weather gear and have done what they advertise. Haven't had any leaking problems so far. Recommend

Shoe Covers - just the biz to keep those feet peddling!
Cycling is great fun, except when you have cold feet or hands. These shoe covers are fantastic, because they are light and flexible, yet strong enough to take the knocks. Better still, they've been made so that they fit easily and snugly on road or MTB shoes. Easy on the wallet and super on the feet.

Shoe covers essential in the wet!
The BBB shoe covers are essential in the wet. My commute is on bike trails so when it is wet, the shoes cop it. The covers keep the feet dry and the **** off - so I stay warm and the shoes last longer. Just a quick wipe with a paper towel at the end of the ride takes care of the grime! Perfect.

From frozen toes to warm toes
With years of winter road cycling and frozen toes behind me and many times wrapping my venterlated shoes with glad cling wrap to keep out the South Island cold I finally purchased as pair of thermal lined Shoe Covers, I can not believe that I peddled for so long with out them, absolutely great, I appreciate them more having waited so long to discover them , don’t wait.
