Te Miro Tussle - Te Miro MTB Park

Te Miro Mtb Park, Waikato 16 August 2026 

The Te MIro Twister XC MTB race at the beautiful Te Miro MTB Park is usually in the calendar for April, however it couldn't be run this year. Instead the Te Miro MTB Club decided to hold the first ever Te Miro Tussle — Te Miro’s first dedicated trail running event. All proceeds from the event go directly back into maintaining and developing the trail network for the community. The event brings runners and walkers onto the epic trails of Te Miro MTB Park for a day of hills, mud, laughs, team spirit and maybe a few sore legs. Whether you’re chasing a podium, tackling your first trail event, racing your mates, or bringing the kids along for a fun.
