Update Delivery Address

• The shopping cart updates your default address on the fly each time you order.
• If you have a My Account - you can login to update your address. You can also add names and addresses for other family members connected to your email address. Don't have a My Account - it's easy to create a password for your existing email address.

Update email

• The best, fastest and easiest way is to hunt out the last UnderGround email newsletter sent to your old address. A quick search in your email app for missives from ernie@groundeffect.co.nz should find what you're looking for. Then locate the 'preferences' button in the footer and click to update to your new email address.

• No longer wish to receive emails from us? Click unsubscribe on the last UnderGround email newsletter we sent you.
