Hey GE, Congrats on your two decade milestone. I’ve been a loyal customer since only 2004, but your gear has supported me on so many cycling adventures and commutes since then, and continue to do so. I haven’t bought a mistake yet, but the windshield jacket that turned into a shoulder bag – that sounds great! Here’s to the next twenty years and more, cheers.

Congratulations! Your video is a great bit of funny self-reflection. Anyhow, your products are great. I still have an old orange Rock Lobster as well as the new model. Great in the Australian sun. As you say, keep on pedalling.
