New ZealandGreat on the track option.
These pliers are great to carry with you in case you need them on the track. The pilers work fine for releasing the quick links. They do not have an option for locking the quick links back in place but this can easily be done with chain tension. Again the chain braker is only for emergency use - you would want a better quality chain breaker for home use. The chain breaker does not hold the chain very sercuely so care needs to be taken when pushing out the pin not to damage the outer link of the chain. The quick link holders are a nice touch and the magnets do a nice job of securing the links to the tool. However the magents did come out and stuck to the quick link. I have had to glue the magnets in place so all good now. Over all a very handy tool to have in you pack when out on the tracks.

New ZealandAll the magnets fell out
Neat idea, but I carried these on this years Tour Aotearoa. When I came to use them to shorten my chain. All of the magnets had become loose or unglued (not sure which). Which has resulted in a disaster zone shooting magnets and a lot of frustration in trying to operate the tool. Spare quick links now in a plastic bag along with magnets. Would you like it back?
