I love thjs piece of kit. I live in upland Wales, UK, pedal on in all weathers, wind and rain comparable with Aotearoa perhaps, Anti-Cyclone is a great balance of design decisions, well up to the job...except one thing that bothers me. The main front zip is stiff, awkward (and ****** behind snags) unless using both hands. So I am zipped down getting up a hill, when wanting to pick up speed and roll over the top to start a descent, I get distracted trying to zip up and actually have to stop to zip up. Seems like a small thing, but happens all the time, annoying. Please advise - 1. Do you intend the zip operated only with two hands? 2. Does anyone else have this problem? 3. Any suggestions to resolve? I have had good quality jackets before that have a more chunky and smooth running zip.

Hi Paul, Thanks for your feedback. Good to hear the anti-cyclone is keeping you dry over there. Sorry you find the Aquaguard water resistant zip a little tricky to pull up on the go. While it will soften a little over time, with wear and washing, unfortunately it is the nature of these zips (with their laminated sides) to be a little stiff. Pedal on, Ernie.
