Back in 2018 Ground Effect helped out the Kerikeri Mtb Club with some cash for the build of the Deliverance track in Waitangi Forest.
The club is still going strong, with new tracks being hand built in the White Hills Forest 15 minutes north of Kerikeri. A lockable tool chest has been donated by a local business. The Ground Effect Slush Fund donated $1600 for the purchase of new tools, padlocks, a first aid kit and fire extinguisher to keep the solid group of regular volunteer trail builders happy.
Due to logging it’s a good idea to check in with the clubs Facebook page for trail status updates. The club runs weekend digs on the first Sunday of the month. Contact martin@waipapaglass.co.nz to sign on.
