A little bundle of sunshine to cover your backpack. Waterproof fabric keeps wet weather from infiltrating your belongings, while Limelight colour and its reflective logo increases your visibility on the road.
I've purchased a couple of these rain covers. Great colour and reflective strips in the right place and they fold down into their own pouch. The price is great but they do need modding. They come with insufficient pack clamping and when you strap your pack on the cover tends to be flicked off. We, (actually she), unpicked the pouch in such a way as to make it unravel long ways up the inside of the pack. A bit of velcro and a button and the cover is secured.
Great rain cover for my small Osprey pack. Used more for hi vis than rain protection at this time of year - it didn't however quite prevent me being side swiped by a truck and trailer unit this morning though - cyclist ok, bike a little broken, rain cover as good as new!
The rain cover delivers what it promises, keeps the rain out and fits a day pack perfectlys
The riding weather has been fantastic in wellington since christmas but on the two occasions i have beeen out in a downpour all my stuff has stayed completely dry with this (unlike my old one which tended to act as a sail) and my riding friends tell me I am very visible. Just check the size.
Had one of these previously, but couldn't remove some oil stains on it. any suggestions ? I tried quite a few things. Anyway, liked the cover, as it stretches to fit either of my packs
Hi Peggy. For grease spots you can use a degreaser like Swarfega. It's aggressive stuff though so take care - it might be best left alone as added character! Ernie
