Aide Void R1

23 reviews

Popular wisdom prescribes packing tools to fix your bike on the trail... and rudimentary first aid to fix yourself. The Void R1 provides the essentials in a compact ziplock plastic bag. Bulky bits are vacuum packed and there's a quick guide with basic first aid procedures. Be careful, but not too careful out there.

Handy pack!

Luckily not had to use yet. However ticks the box for whistle & survival blanket too, when entering competitions.

Great for the basics

But it could have done with a few paracetamol in it.

Aide Void R1

I bought this first aid kit for my dad who, thanks to an electric bike, has taken up cycling. After coming off second best with the gravel a few too many times we've convinced him to add this super lightweight first aid kit to his bag so he can patch himself up on site rather than dripping blood all the way home. The kit has everything that he would need to clean up a scrape or wound and then keep it well protected for the ride home. While the whistle would be helpful if he ever ended up over the bank and needed to draw attention to himself. He reckons he'll be using it to patch up all the other riders he finds in the dirt, but at least it gives us peace of mind that he's got something in his bag if things go a bit wrong.
