The gas tank has been useful for storing small items (phone, gels, 1/2 banana, keys, lip balm ,map). Zippers easy to operate on the go. Generally stays where you put it. If packed heavily try to to equalise the weight to prevent it slipping to one side and having your thigh brushing it every pedal stroke. I swap it no probs between road, gravel and MTb bikes. The long Velcro tail did annoy me. Cut it to your length or put a rubber band around it to stop it brushing your thighs.

Sits well in the cockpit, out of the way. I've been using this bike packing as a 'handbag'- to hold phone, gps, cash and lip balm. It does what it says and is totally waterproof. It's not really meant for that so is a bit fiddly to put the strap around the stem with a cradle attached, and around the cross bar with a frame bag attached, but it's doable if only jumping off for a cafe stop.

Good but for the stem strap which, in my opinion, it's a bit messy, could have been made in a more rational (quick and effective) way
