Love these shorts. Fabric is really comfy with no annoying sticky bits to stick them down on your legs. Chamois pad very comfy even after 6 hours riding.but very slim fitting in the legs, so I got a bigger size than would normally get. Legs fit great but room for a party around the top
I got a pair of sirens for riding the TA and they have to proven to be the most comfortable shorts I've worn. They're great over long distances and they are now my my go-to shorts. Highly recommended. Brenda
I had been putting off purchasing new knicks as I was tired of returning ones I didn’t like. These Sirens are true sizing (not sprayed on race fit), good length, nice lines and are great to ride in. I generally ride for 2-3 hours and have found them very comfortable. Taking them ‘touring’ later this year. They’ll be perfect for many days in the saddle. I feel good in them.
A brand new pair of Sirens. The recipient of the shorts is extremely happy with the fit, design and comfort. . . Top class gear as usual.. . . But we know that
Hi, Yes, I did purchase a pair of Sirens recently and overall am quite happy with them. Initially they seemed to stick rather than slip over my bike seat but that resolved after a couple of wearings/washing. But, on a recent big ride (big for me) up & over Hotham, Falls Ck, Tawonga gap I was on the verge of saddle sore... (and yes I had prepared with longer rides prior). It would seem that with my anatomy(*) & my bike seat (standard one that came with my Giant Avail Advanced bike) & an over-the-mountain type of ride with lots of low gear riding/revolutions/day, the contact point between my bony structure & the seat is right on the edge of the chamois pad... My question is, do you, or do you know of any other bike knick maker who makes said knicks with a wider pad?? (*I am 5'7" and approx 72kgs so not skinny but not a whopper either) Thank you, Alison
