Thanks For Your Review
We value your feedback. If you're stoked with your Ground Effect kit then you might like to share it (the review not the gear) with your mates. Thanks again.
At 60 I had scoffed at mates who wore bib shorts thinking they looked a bit like the wrestler Big Daddy. But after hoiking up my shorts so many times on each ride I bit the bullet and bought the Tournadoes. I was a bit loathe looking at the hefty price tag but given none of the cheaper options were available I coughed up and have to say they are worth every penny (or cent). They are now on my birthday wish list for a second pair.
I've had a couple of pairs of Exocets and upgraded to Tournadoes for longer days - so far I'm very impressed with the fit and the feel, and my butt is happy. Haven't used the pockets too much, but did cary a couple of bananas with ease. Cons - don't be in a hurry for a 'No 2' toilet break! Another great Ground Effect product Thanks
These are incredibly comfortable. Made to fit the antipodean physique rather than petite euro sizing. While distinctive in appearance the Tornadoes are comfy, reasonable warm and well made. Not using the side pockets personally but could appreciate the ease of access to gels and the like for the competitive rider. Good gear, can recommend.
