Speed-of-light wind protection for hammering the tarmac or commuting to the coal face. This ultra-lightweight vest scrunches down to nothing. Its mesh sides let the hard work escape, and aspirant Houdinis can wriggle in and out of it while cruising at the back of the bunch. Hi-visibility limelight option keeps you in the spotlight.

I thought the Vespa top was a bit of cycle that was nice to have rather than something I use a lot. I was wrong. For my commuting I use it most trips and it keeps a bit of chill off me in late spring. It is also nice and bright for others to see. Finally, it is really light and fits into a tiny space in my bag.
This is a great garment. I purchased it as a birthday present for my son, about to start cycling to work in Auckland traffic. He loves it, but found the size indicated by his chest measurement too small. A return and replacement was quickly and easily organised - can't beat Ground Effect for service.
I can't remember what my earlier vest was called but this one is a bit snugger, but thats ok cause i wear it mainly on the road bike now. I like the pocket on the chest and it rolls up compact for stuffing in a pocket.
Has definitely made me more attractive to the opposite sex too.
This is a great little jacket, with many pros: It packs down super tiny, fist size, so you can always take it with you. It has mesh sides which vent well hill climbing or in warmer weather. Has a full length zip for serious cool down. Nice bright colour, like a high viz vest. Keeps you dry when it's showering with rain. And only one con: it is so noisy. It flaps like a machine gun in your ear on down hills or head winds. And I live in The down hill head wind capital. The flapping comes from the shoulders so it's right by you ears. And it's so loud, I am not sure what to do myself. I have the right size because I started with M and L to check.
