The Harakeke Mountain Bike Park officially opened back in March 2012. But since then Rangitikei iwi Ngāti Apa has resumed ownership of the land and the Wanganui Mtb Club have a new home at Hyltons Pit and the Araheke Mtb Park.

The Rārangi Pump Track is now, well pumping. Damian Stones and mates, with support from the Rārangi Residents Association and cash from Ground Effect have created this little piece of fun in Marlborough between Picton and Blenheim.

Sidle 73 track in the Craigieburn Forest Park was built by a great bunch of Ground Effect customers over a weekend just before Xmas in 2012. We had a blast and really enjoyed the company - a big massive thank you for all your effort - it's hard physical work blazing a trail.

Mountain Bike Wagga Inc. in NSW got busy in 2010 working with their local council to repair the trails at Pomingalarna Park. The council recently vehicles to help preserve a large pocket of threatened native flora and fauna.

Tasmania's Launceston Mountain Bike Club back in 2008 created an all-weather track just outside town. Launceston boasts three riding spots near town and it's a 90 minute drive to the Blue Derby trail network.
