Kaipara Cycling Inc. are developing the Kauri Coast Mountain Bike Park 12km from Dargaville in the Kaipara District. The Ground Effect Slush Fund contributed $2000 for trail expertise and digger driver time towards the build of the Matariki Trail.

The Kerikeri Mtb Club is always busy working on trails in the White Hills Forest. In 2021 the Ground Effect Slush Fund has donated $1600 for the purchase of new tools to keep the solid group of regular volunteer trail builders happy.

Ground Effect's Slush Fund helps out with funding of materials to construct a Kauri Dieback Wash Station at the Coromandel Bike Park.

In 2019 the Rotorua Trails Trust were busy working on segments of a new 35km Grade 2 loop of Whakarewarewa Forest and the Ground Effect Slush Fund sponsored a box of battery powered tools for the job.

Over the past two years the Manawatu Mountain Bike Club has added 15km of new trail at the Arapuke Mtb Park.

Spirit of Coromandel Trust are setting up the Coromandel Bike Park, with the intention of building trails for walker and bikers, plus providing a hub for local young people.

The Pohutukawa Coast Bike Club is the largest mtb club in Auckland, based in the Maraetai/Whitford Forest area east of Auckland. The Slush Fund fired the club $2000 cash to help re-build the 'Ground Effect' track after recent logging.

In summer 2018 the Kerikeri Mtb Club got underway with their new up track in Waitangi Forest. Volunteers cleared a track through the gorse, and then handed over to the digger to cut the 3km of trail. The Ground Effect Slush Fund helped out with $1000 towards digger hire.

Simon Kennet, Chair of Mākara Peak Supporters Inc. put the call out in 2016 for some funds to help purchase an e-barrow for shifting dirt to build up berms and switchbacks, and gravelling. The Ground Effect Slush Fund said yes with $1000. Apparently it's made a huge difference to volunteer enthusiasm.

The Tunnel Gully Bike Trails are part of the Tunnel Gully Recreation Area, nestled at the foot of Mount Climie in Kaitoke Regional Park just north of Upper Hutt.

The Ground Effect Slush Fund has supported a number of Bike Taupō projects from as far back as 2003.
